Who we are
This policy covers the corporate pages of https://desiring.com.cn, operated by Chongqing Ruinuosiming Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. (重庆睿诺思鸣智能科技有限公司).
What we process
- Server logs. Our web server records IP address, time, requested URL, browser user-agent and referrer for security, troubleshooting and traffic statistics. Logs are kept for at least six months as required by Chinese law, then deleted or anonymized.
- Contact form. The form is assembled into an email inside your browser and sent by your own email app. Our server does not receive or store it.
- Emails you send us are stored in our company mailbox and used to reply and to discuss business.
The corporate pages use no cookies, no third-party analytics, advertising or social scripts, and no third-party font services.
Sharing
The site is hosted on servers in mainland China. Email is hosted by our email service provider. We do not sell personal information or share it with other third parties unless required by law.
Your rights
You may request access, correction or deletion of your personal information, or withdraw consent, by emailing support@desiring.com.cn. We will respond within 15 working days after verifying your identity.
